During COVID, congregation members became concerned about the hypocrisy of some politicians. More recently the Prime Minister has been accused of hypocrisy. We suggest the biblical understanding of hypocrisy has a meaning for which Scott Morrison is not being held to account in the public debate. The CMN congregation has prepared this Statement on PMs accountability for hypocrisy to consider ‘To whom is the Prime Minister accountable for his hypocrisy?’
